Description:
Our beef are angus cross and have been raised right here on Mr. V's ranch right here in north central Alberta. The beef are grass finished which means that no feedlots are involved. Grass finished beef are leaner than their grainfed counterparts so your steak has less fat and more meat. None of our cattle have been given growth hormones or antibiotics of any kind. All of our beef is processed in a provincially inspected abattoir. The meat is cut to your specifications |
