Description:
Birch firewood is one of the most popular renewable fuels in Alberta. It is clean burning producing a hot flame with little ash. It has a low incidence of popping or spitting and is therefore suitable for both the outside barbecue pit, wood stove or fireplace. A cord of seasoned birch produces approximately 22 million BTU's of heat which works out to $11.36 per million BTU's |
