Description:
The Westcot apricot was developed by the Morden Ag Canada Research station in 1982 from the M-604 and has been gracing prairie yards with apricots ever since. This cultivar has hardy flower buds and is a more consistent setting fruit. The apricots themselves are 3.5- 4.5cm in length, golden yellow in colour, are freestone and excellent for eating right off the tree or combined in jams jellies, pies or preserves. Order early as we sell out of this variety very quickly!! |
