Description:
Baby's breath blooms so profusely that a single plant will provide enough flowers for fresh flowers and dried arrangements alike. These plants like full sun but can tolerate partial shade. The name 'Gypsophila' means "Chalk Loving" and therefore they do best in alkaline soil. Do not divide Baby's breath or attempt to move them because they have a very large taproot which will be damaged. Baby's breath is an excellent filler in both the garden and in arrangements. |
