Description:
This plant has tubular flowers that look like miniature Foxgloves; they attract hummingbird and are relatively deer proof. They prefer sun to light shade and well drained soil. 'Beard Tongue' is drought-tolerant and does best in gravelly, sandy or acidic soil. Avoid planting in areas where puddles form. 'Beard Tongue' make excellent cut flowers. Plants should be divided every 2 years. |
